Brief
Bowmore and Aston Martin enjoy an exclusive and highly successful partnership. The partnership is a stunning marriage of two classic brands that celebrate craftsmanship, technique, and tradition. However, the then recent rebrand of Aston Martin and the upcoming rebrand of Bowmore meant the partnership identity was in need of updating to ensure the relationship stayed relevant to the market. I was invited in to help support and initiate the project.
Solution
We devised a strategic platform for the partnership brand off which we could forge a new visual direction for the relationship. This took account of the type of activations, brand experiences, and events that both brands would work on together. The design of the world in which the brands live was imbued with a delicate balance of both brands' personalities to foreground the luxury aesthetic of the marriage as well as give the required visual gravity that both brands demand.
