THE CONTEXT
Black Dog Forestry, a local firewood and forestry business approached me to help them boost their sales and modernise the sales process.
THE SOLUTION
I built, designed, and launched an eCommerce store and structured a marketing plan for the business with a focus on conversion: performance marketing and local SEO. I managed the business' online presence as well as marketing collateral to boost local awareness of the business. I produced blog posts, Google and Facebook advertising, as well as social media creative and management.
THE OUTCOME
Sales increase by 150% year on year due to easy to navigate and mobile-ready online store. It also allowed the business to ride the wave of higher online sales during the Covid pandemic and give them the ability to deliver quality firewood to those that needed it, something that would not have been possible had local awareness been lower and the business not eCommerce ready. Black Dog Forestry now enjoy a larger percentage of repeat business, and much greater brand awareness in the local area.
